Very cute and well made reindeer.

I got the 4 inch reindeer with our names on them. I messed up my first order by putting the wrong number of reindeer. I messaged the seller and she replied immediately that she could cancel that order and I should try again. I did and they arrived exactly as pictured and cute as a button! However, one had been damaged in shipping. Also, I had wanted some blank ones and only the stands for those arrived, not the reindeer part. So I emailed and in short order had assurance that all of my issues would be resolved. Which they totally were! I would highly recommend this seller!

I ordered these for my grands for Advent calendars (I start early). When I hadn’t received them by date I expected, I reached out and was told there had been a problem with a warped wood shipment. She apologized and offered me free shipping. I wasn’t in the least bit upset and was pleasantly surprised with the offer. Then I realized I had forgotten about an exchange student my son’s family was hosting and I reached out again. I was not charged for the additional item. Which I fully expected to pay for. This is what good customer service looks like! She went above and beyond. My grandkids are gonna love these little guys and I certainly will buy more things in the future!

Great quality and my items arrived just as described! I will definitely purchase from this shop again!! My order was lost in the mail. I sent the shop owner a message and she responded quickly! It was a large order of 12 reindeer and 12 personalized bunnies. The owner of the shop said she would make my personalized order, again! She did not ask any questions, she believed I did not receive my order and when I offered to pay for the extra materials used to redo my order, she said I didn’t need to pay any additional fees! She completed my order very quickly and communicated with me, the tracking number and when the items were shipped. I received my order today and I sent her a message, which she responded quickly, again! She truly was happy that I received my order. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my order!

These little guys were as cute in real life as pictured online. They will make a great gift.
